Lake Maurer Retreat Center is located in the beautiful and historic Excelsior Springs, Missouri, just outside of Kansas City.
Established in 1923 LMRC has a rich history in Excelsior Springs and with the Northern Missouri District of the Assemblies of God. We are known as a place to “Un-plug” and disconnect, whether that be for a time of retreat and refreshing or for an exciting week of summer camp!
From our zip line over the lake, game field and pavillon, paddle boats and canoes, mini golf course and more, to the scenic lake views and peaceful open fields Lake Maurer has something to offer everyone. Over the years Lake Maurer has developed and can now host groups of up to 375 for camps, retreats, meetings or conferences. The Retreat Center offers affordable all-inclusive per person rates that include lodging, dining meeting and recreation.
